The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time:
  Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The postal services processes the orders, which takes an additional 3 - 7 days.
  
  

• Shipping time:
  This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our destination. International delivery usually takes about 12-15 business days. US orders are shipped by USPS, UPS or fedex. After processing, items usually take between 3 and 6 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, especially during COVID-19. Remark: Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order has been placed.
